In 2016, Rex and Emma took over the business and began its next chapter as a family-run operation. They've continued the local, personal approach clients value, while building the business around clear booking pathways, dependable care and a genuine connection with the pets and families they serve.
Today, Pets On The Run pairs a long-established local history with the accountability of a family-run business. When you get in touch, you're dealing with a business personally led by Rex and Emma — not an anonymous platform or a national franchise.
